Bookings must be confirmed in writing with credit card details beyond the date of the function.
A guaranteed number of guests must be specified at least 48 hours in advance of the reception.
No beverages may be brought by patrons or guests for consumption on the premises.
Accounts must be paid in full within 7 days of receiving the invoice (functions only).
Management reserve the right to debit customers credit card with any overdue accounts.
Cancellation Policy: Wedding functions which are cancelled prior to two months before the function are liable to a cancellation fee of £500. For wedding functions cancelled within the two months before the function the cancellation fee is £1000.
Civil Ceremonies: It is the responsibility of the bride and Groom to ensure the booking of the Registrar.
Payment of Accounts: 50% will be required one month before the wedding and full payment is required one week before the wedding date.
The management reserves the right to alter these prices at any time up to your first payment.
The management reserves the right to cancel a booking due to an unforseen event.
If your first payment is not made by the given date, your wedding may be cancelled by the hotel.
Evening Buffets: No food is allowed to be taken off the premises. Buffets will be left out for one hour only due to hygiene regulations.
If arrival and sit down times are not adhered to, the hotel cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of the food.
